Cloud2 Server Issue - 13th November 2017: RESOLVED

Please be informed that currently our cloud portal is experiencing problems to show VM and VNET interface in tenant portal.
 
We are currently working on the issue. If there is any portal administrative assistance needed, feel free to contact us.
 
We would like to apologies on the inconvenience caused and once all parameters are working back to normal we will update here.

Network Connection Issue in MYC - 10th November 2017 - RESOLVED

Please be informed that currently there is a network connection issue at datacenter end due to our stream provider.
 
Our Data Center engineer in the middle of fixing the issue now. We will update once the network back to normal .

ATTENTION:  All affected VPS customers/administrator which hosted the said VPS hardware node. All those affected has been alert via Mail Blast.


Dear Value customer,
 
Please be informed that our VPS hardware node IP: 124.217.233.211 will be undergoing an urgent maintenance.
 
The maintenance details as below:
 
Maintenance Date: 7th November 2017 – Tuesday
Maintenance Time: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM (GMT +800 )
Maintenance Duration/ETA: 3 hours
Maintenance Total downtime: 3 hours
 
The purpose of the maintenance is to replace the RAM and initiate the hardware physical checking. 
 
We are expecting a total down time up to 3 hours which is as per stated above in order to complete the maintenance.
 
Your patience and co-operation is highly appreciated at this moment and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please be advised that our Server Maintenance Team will be conducting an urgent Schedule Maintenance which will affect on Cloud Azure hosting. (NVGRE in Cloud 2)
 
The maintenance details are as follow:
 
Maintenance Date/Day:  3rd November 2017
Maintenance Time:  12:00 pm  - 6:00 pm (GMT +800)
Downtime Duration: 6 hours
Service effected: User will have difficulty to add or modify Vnet Services
 
The purpose of the maintenance is to improve our VM Cloud stability of effected hardware.

Cloud2 Urgent Maintenance - The Maintenance Completed

Please be informed that our Cloud Engineers are performing Urgent Maintenance for our Cloud2. 

Maintenance period 1 hour the Downtime will be 15 -20 minutes.
