URGENT POWER MAINTENANCE in AIMS DATACENTER - 9th NOVEMBER 2018 - COMPLETED

ATTENTION: To all Dedicated servers administrators/owners in MYI, MYS, MYP & MYA Datacenter Network (affected owners has been informed via Mail Blast)

 

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that our Server Maintenance Team will be conducting an Urgent Power Maintenance in our AIMS (Malaysia) Datacenter.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 9th November 2018
Maintenance Time: 7:00 pm - 12:00 am (GMT +8)  
Maintenance ETA: 5 hours

This maintenance is continuation of the previous maintenance carried out on 21st January 2018 whereby this time we need to perform upgrading work in another segment, which may affected your server.

Please note that your server will be power off and inaccessible approximately 30 minutes within the maintenance time mentioned above.

Please avoid amending anything or access your account during this maintenance time due to data inconsistency reasons.

We advise all customers to perform a full backup copy of all their data and systems prior to maintenance as a precaution in the event of any unplanned failure on the server hardware during power up.

If you required any support assistance or feedback on this maintenance, do reply to this email and we will get back to you soonest.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused for this schedule maintenance.

Dear Customer,
 
Please be informed that we will be conducting Urgent Maintenance on Server 124.217.241.170 later today. We apologize for the short notice. However, in order to maintain the server performance and stability, we must execute these mission critical task of migrating all the accounts to new hardware at our earliest opportunity. No changes required from your end as all the configuration will be copied over from the previous server.
 
As you may know, this server has been unstable lately. Although we have tried to repair the server system file, plesk upgrade, and some application patches yesterday, the problem seems to remain.
 
During this migration, all the services will be down and inaccessible.
