Urgent Shared Hosting MYS Network Maintenance

ATTENTION: All Shared Hosting Server Servers in MYS Datacenter Network
 
Dear Valued Customers,
 
Please be informed that our Data Center Engineer will conduct an urgent maintenance on MYS Network for Shared Hosting Servers. This maintenance will involve work on the network infrastructure to upgrade our network performance. There will be slight network interruption during the maintenance approximately 10-15 minutes where the hosting server will get disconnected during the maintenance window. 
 
The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 18th September 2021 - 19th September 2021
Maintenance Time: 21:00 PM – 01:00 AM (GMT +8)
Maintenance Window: 4 Hour

ATTENTION: To all Dedicated and Colocation servers administrators/owners in MYI Datacentre Network (affected owners will be informed via Mail Blast)

Dear Valued Customers,

Network Maintenance Team will be conducting a Planned Switch Firmware Upgrade Maintenance on the time and date stated below.

The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade the switch firmware to the latest version which will provide a new security patch.

This maintenance will not affect all of our customers. Only those customers that receive maintenance downtime details via email will be affected by this maintenance.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 25th September 2021
Maintenance Time: 11:30AM – 2:30PM (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime: 12:00PM (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime Period: 30 minutes
Maintenance Window: 3 hours

Your server will be disconnected during the maintenance period as it will involve works on our network infrastructure. Your server will not be shut down during maintenance.

Please avoid amending or accessing your server during this Maintenance time due to data inconsistency reasons.

We strongly advise all customers to stop any activity as connectivity interruption during maintenance will result in data loss or corruption.
