Hardware Upgrade for Russia#7 & Russia#8 – 29th - 30th July 2022

Dear Valued Client,

We thank you for your tenure on your selected VPS service with Shinjiru.

The current node for your hosting is scheduled for de-commission and a migration to a brand new server with the latest hardware is set to take place. As this is a manual offline migration, it will include a downtime period of approximate 6-7 hours. We have chosen this method to reduce and eliminate data duplication and errors.

All usernames and passwords will remain unchanged, including the current IP addresses.

The migration will commence as stated below.

Maintenance Window: 12hrs
Maintenance Date: 29th – 30th July 2022
Estimated Time To Start: 4:00PM (GMT +8)
Estimated Downtime: 6 hours (for additional time, an update will be posted on 247livesupport.biz)

A new update will be posted the soonest the migration is successfully complete.

Hardware Upgrade for Holland#13 and Holland#14 - 22nd - 23rd July 2022

We thank you for your tenure on your selected VPS service with Shinjiru.

Planned Data Centre Power Maintenance - 2nd – 3rd July 2022

Please be informed that the Data Centre Maintenance Team will be conducting Planned Power Maintenance in AIMS Data Centre.

We detected an abnormality on the power source located at the server rack which requires us to rectify the issue. The abnormality only at a certain rack and only customer(s) who receive email from us will be affected by this maintenance.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 2nd – 3rd July 2022
Maintenance Time: 22:00 – 03:00 (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime Period: 30 minutes
Maintenance Window: 5 hours

Your server will be shut down to complete this maintenance. We strongly advise you to shut down your server in advance to avoid any unwanted incidents.

Kindly stop any activity during this maintenance period to avoid data corruption due to power inconsistency during the maintenance window.

We strongly advise you to perform a full server backup and system update as a precautionary step.
