Please be informed that our Server Maintenance Team will be conducting an urgent maintenance on VPS NODE MYS-KVM#10,

The purpose of the maintenance is to update urgent firmware and security patches.

Hence there will be downtime for all the VPS reside in the host server, as the host server will be rebooted several times during the process.

The maintenance will commence as stated below:

Estimated Start Time: 11:00PM GMT+8
Estimated Downtime: 1hr (Should there be any additional delay, an update will be posted on 247livesupport.biz)

Network Access Switch Failure

ATTENTION: All affected Dedicated Server Customers & Server Administrators/Owners at AIMS MYS Data Centre
 
Dear Valued Customers,
 
Please be informed that one of the network access switches in our Data Centre was unreachable. Only customers that are connected to the affected access switch are impacted.
 
The access switch has been replaced immediately by our Engineer and the connection has been restored.
 
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we greatly appreciate your patience.

Dear Valued Client,

We thank you for your tenure on your selected VPS service with Shinjiru.

Please be informed that Holland DC partner service doesn't suit our business SLA and high CapEx (capital expenditure), Shinjiru has decided to temporarily discontinue all Holland (Amsterdam) services and migrate them all to Bulgaria Data Center.

However, when the Holland(Amsterdam) Data Center is ready for production, existing clients (Forex VPS) will be offered to migrate back to the Holland(Amsterdam) DC.

As this is a manual offline migration, it will include a downtime period of approximately 2-3 hours. We have chosen this method to reduce and eliminate data duplication and errors.
All usernames and passwords will remain unchanged, including the current IP address.
The migration will commence as stated below.

Date: 27 January 2023 (Friday)
Estimated Time to Start: 4:30 PM (GMT +8)
Estimated Downtime: 6 hours (for additional time, an update will be posted on 247livesupport.biz)

VPS relocation from Holland to Bulgaria – 10th February 2023

We thank you for your tenure on your selected VPS service with Shinjiru.

Please be informed that Holland DC partner service doesn't suit our business SLA and high CapEx (capital expenditure), Shinjiru has decided to temporarily discontinue all Holland services and migrate it all to Bulgaria. We may be able to relocate our customers back in the near future once Holland's data centre reopens.
