ATTENTION -- FIBER CUT

 

Dear Valued Customer,


Please be informed that we detect an alarm on one of our Fiber. Therefore all traffic switched to our backup link. Please note that you might experience service impact such as  slowness and slightly high latency during this outage. 


Our technical team is currently working closely with our vendor to isolate the issue. We will confirm the estimated time to resolve this issue once we found the root cause.

Please be informed that, we have changed the faulty hard disk for server "anemone.myhostpl.com - 91.218.247.100".Currently Raid is rebuilding.
 
All services in this server are quite unstable and will be up and down but certainly much faster then earlier.
 
Maintenance Date/Day : 16 Jan 2021 
Maintenance Time: 6pm
Downtime Duration 18 Hours

We suspecting one of the disk in Raid System is getting faulty as high I/O were detected during investigation.
 
We are liaising with datacenter engineer to check further.
