URGENT NETWORK MAINTENANCE IN MYS DATACENTER - 21 September 2019

ATTENTION: All Dedicated servers & VPS servers hosted in MYS Datacenter Network

 

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that our Network Maintenance Team will be conducting a urgent maintenance on MYS network.

Maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date/Day : 21 September 2019
Maintenance Time:  12:30 am - 3:30 am(GMT +8)
Downtime Duration: 30 minutes

The purpose of the maintenance is to perform hardware upgrade. There will be 30 minutes downtime during this maintenance.

Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

MYIX Network Route Issue in CX2 - RESOLVED

ATTENTION: Customers under CX2 Network
 
Dear Valued Customers,
 
Please be informed that the MYIX (Malaysia Internet Exchange) is currently having issue in the CX2. We have alerted the MYIX regarding this finding and waiting for the MYIX to resolve this issue. We will inform back once MYIX has resolved this issue.
 
Note: MYIX is the local internet exchange that managed by MYIX with local internet service providers in order to boost the connection between local Malaysian users.
