URGENT NETWORK MAINTENANCE IN AIMS DATACENTER - 29th April 2018

ATTENTION: All administrators in MYA/MYI/MYS/MYP in AIMS Datacentre Network.

 

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that our Network Team will be conducting an Urgent Network Maintenance in our AIMS Datacentre Network.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date/Day:  29th April 2018
Maintenance Time:  12:00 am - 2:00am (GMT +800)
Maintenance Duration: 2 hours

The purpose of the maintenance is to perform router upgrading to the existing router firmware, in order to improve router performance as well as to fix vulnerabilities and bug issues. You might be facing downtime for 15 minutes during the maintenance period.

Please be advised not to perform any updates or changes on your server while maintenance work is in progress.

We will provide another update once this scheduled maintenance is completed.

Your patience and cooperation during the maintenance window is highly appreciated. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you have any queries or if you required further clarification on the maintenance works, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

SCHEDULED POWER MAINTENANCE in AIMS DATACENTER - 29th April 2018

ATTENTION: To all Dedicated servers owners in AIMS Datacenter. Affected user has been informed via mai-lblast
 
 
Dear Valued Customers,
 
Please be informed that our Server Maintenance Team will be conducting a Schedule Power Maintenance in our AIMS (Malaysia) Datacenter.
 
The maintenance details are as follows:
 
Maintenance Date: 29th April (Sunday)
Maintenance Time:12am - 4:00am (GMT +8) 
Downtime Duration: 15 minutes
 
The purpose of the maintenance is to perform upgrading work in our power management system for one of segment in AIMS datacenter in order to stabilize and improve power management.
 
During this power maintenance all the affected dedicated servers will be power off and will not be accessible for approximiately 15 minutes.
 
We would like to advice our customers to do all the necessary preparation and data backup.
 
We will give another update here once this maintenance is completed.
 
Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
