Please be informed that our International Datacenter will be conducting a scheduled maintenance on 20 February from 15:00 to 19:00 CET. Expected downtime the IP(s) 193.109.68.3 — up to 4 hours.

Maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date/Day : 20 February 2018
Maintenance Time : 15:00 CET (Central European Time)
Downtime Duration : 15:00 to 19:00
 
The purpose of the maintenance is to migration of all server equipment. There will be/ You might experience up to 4 hours during this maintenance.

Urgent Maintenance in MYIX Route (Local Route) - 18th February 2018

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that our Network Team will be conducting an Urgent Maintenance in MYIX Route (Local Route).

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 18th February 2018
Maintenance Time:12:00 am - 1.00 am (GMT +8)  
Maintenance Downtime: 20 minutes

The purpose of the maintenance is to perform router upgrading to the existing router firmware, in order to improve router performance.

The local route might be facing intermittent connection and high latency during the maintenance period due to the router firmware upgrading.

Your patience and cooperation during the maintenance window is highly appreciated, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience may arise during the exercise.
