Holland Server IP Replacement: 46.249.38.0/24

Dear valued customers,
 
We have received a notification from Holland Data Center informing they will change all our ip addresses to a new set of IP due to relocation of vlan. All customer hosted in this Data Center with IP Range (46.249.38.0/24) will be effected.
 
The maintenance details are as follows:
 
Maintenance date: 20th September 2018
Maintenance Time:11:00 am (GMT +800)
 
We have sent notification to all customers that will be effected. More details can be found in that notice.
 
We will give another post of update, once this scheduled maintenance is completed.
 
Your cooperation and understanding on this are much appreciated.

URGENT POWER MAINTENANCE in MYI DATACENTER – 15th September 2018

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that our Server Maintenance Team will be conducting an Urgent Power Maintenance in our MYI (Malaysia) Datacenter.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 15th September 2018
Maintenance Time: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
Maintenance Downtime: 5 hours

The purpose of the maintenance is to perform upgrading work in our power management system for one of segment in MYI datacenter in order to stabilize and improve power management.

Please note that your server will be power off and inaccessible approximately 5 hours within the maintenance time mentioned above.

Please avoid amending anything or access your account during this Maintenance Time due to data inconsistency reasons.

We advise all customers to perform a full backup copy of all their data and systems prior to maintenance as a precaution in the event of any unplanned failure on the server hardware during power up.

If you required any support assistance or feedback on this maintenance, do reply to this email and we will get back to you soonest.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused for this schedule maintenance.

Service Disruption for IPXCESS Customers -RESOLVED-

ATTENTION: IPXCESS Customers

Please be informed that our vendor IPXCESS is currently experiencing failure and the engineer is checking at the datacentre at the moment.  The customer that using the IPXCESS package will having intermittent issues with their email and website services. Estimated time to complete is 12 hours.

Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
