SCHEDULE NETWORK MAINTENANCE on MYC Network - 16th December 2017

Dear Valued Customer,
 
Please be informed that our Network Team will be a conducting Scheduled Network Maintenance which will impact our MYC Datacenter Network.
 
The maintenance details are as per below:
 
Maintenance Date/Day: 16th December 2017 (Saturday)
Maintenance Time: 12:01am - 3:00am (GMT +800)
Maintenance Downtime: 1 hour
 
The purpose of the maintenance is to perform network equipment upgrades where we will be upgrading our core network devices to enhance the network performance.
 
Your patience and cooperation during the maintenance window is highly appreciated and at the same time we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The maintenance details as below:

Maintenance Date/Day: 30 November 2017 (Thursday) - Today
Maintenance Time: 4:00pm - 6.00pm (GMT +8)
ETA: 3 - 4 Hours
Purpose: To replace faulty hard disk and configure RAID

At the appointed date and time, our DC engineer will be  performing service affecting maintenance at our hardware where your hosting account located. During this maintenance, there will be no access to your hosting account including emails, websites, etc.
