Maintenance Date: 5th October 2023 (Thursday) Estimated Time: 11.00 PM (GMT +8) Maintenance window: 4hrs Please be informed that we will be performing Planned Server Maintenance on server "Mail5.Dynamail.Asia" in which your emails are being hosted this coming Thursday, 5th October 2023, beginning at 11.00pm (GMT+8). We apologize for the inconvenience; however, this is part of our exercise to continuously offer reliable service and security to our end users. During this maintenance, the server will undergo windows patching and email platform upgrade to the latest release. (Build 8601). You may refer to the release note here.
The expected maintenance window is around 3-4 hours; but the downtime will be intermittent during this process. Be informed, mailboxes with Pop3 and ActiveSync protocol may experience issues in your outlook with email re-downloading upon upgrade. We also noticed; large mailbox will keep loading for some time during the first logon due to the reindexing process. Rest assured that we will take every possible step to speed up the whole process.
