Please be informed, the attempt to save the data by replacing the Raid Controller and re-create Raid Structure seems to be negative. So far we are not able to preserve the data. We will continue to re-attempt, however we will also start our account restoration process using Remote Backup.
 
The process has been started and users may need to change your Domain IP Pointing in your respective DNS Server since we are restoring these accounts to another server.
 
We will update the progress of the Restoration Process.

Please be informed, the server went down again after coming back online for about 30 minutes. We noticed the Raid Controller went undetected again. The configuration utility doesn't let us import the configuration anymore. We reinserted the disks, this didn't help. All we can try now is make all disks "unconfigured good" and recreate the RAID10 without initialization and hope the data won't be lost. Unfortunately, there is no other way to import the configuration at the moment.

Using the above method most certainly will cause data loss. We may end up reinstalling the server and restore the data from backup.

This server is brand new and just replaced a month ago. We are unable to determine the cause of the issue at the moment. We will keep you posted on the progress.

Current status: We've identified that a recent configuration update is contributing to impact. We have reverted this update and in addition, we are restarting services to mitigate impact.
