Raid rebuilding taking longer time than we expected. Plus, during this process all the services are hardly accessible. We have cancelled it for now and will plan a migration to another new server.

As mentioned failing raid rebuilding which initiated 12 hours ago and since we are on the weekend, it may take up to 48 hours just to prepare a replacement server. As this server may fail at any time, we will be migrating all the accounts to Bulgaria DC to avoid any untoward incident. This migration will take about 12 hours to complete.

We glad that all the accounts migrated into new server successfully. We have assist to updated Name Server of the domains registered under us.

Besides this, those domains not registered under us, we have created a ticket and provided new Name Server as well the hosting IP address. We have suspended the accounts in old server to avoid any data inconsistency.

The issue was caused by the failure of MYIX (Malaysia Internet Exchange) line and caused disruption to all local Malaysian users even with different providers. Most Malaysia users connectivity will utilize the MYIX exchange to minimize latency while improving browsing speed locally.
