ATTENTION: All our hosting customers
Dear valued customers,
We received some complains from our customers that they are receiving emails from our side requesting their username and login for maintenance purposes.
Please keep in mind, we NEVER request login or username from customers for Scheduled Server Maintenance EXCEPT it is an ongoing support request/issue case that you have submitted to our Support Ticketing System.
You should have ongoing case whereby there is a support ticket. (E.g ticket ID ABC-123-12345)
Please DO NOT provide any login credentials to any emails requesting login and password from you, unless it is response to a Ticket that you have created yourself.
If you face this issue, kindly provide us the email header of the said sender or drop us a support ticket/support email for verification on this matter.
Thank you for your attention.
Have a nice day.
