Status “Sent” in Mailblasting software, but the receiver did not receive email.

Below we have listed the possible reasons:
a) There are emails queued in your SMTP server
You may request our support team to check on the email queue and clean it if you wish to. b) Email is rejected by recipients
If receivers do not wish you receive emails from your side, they can reject or block your email address from their side. So, send emails to your subscriber list only. c) IP is blacklisted
Your IP can be blacklisted either by an email provider itself or by an anti-spam organization. You may check on whether your IP is blacklisted or not at http://www.dnsbl.info/dnsbl-database-check.php and we can help you to request for de-listing – it might take some time and we caannot ensure your IP will be whitelisted or not. Besides that, you may refer below for the appropriate email guidelines (for when you try to send high volume emails) provided by email providers:
