ATTENTION:  All users/customers using Helm Server
 
 
Dear Valued Customers,
 
Please be informed that we will Close Down all of Helm Server IP: 111.90.130.180, 124.217.226.25, 124.217.226.30, 124.217.226.36, 124.217.226.45, 124.217.241.190, 124.217.241.200, 124.217.242.100
& 124.217.242.180.
 
Shutdown Date: 16th July 2014 (Wednesday)
Shutdown Time: 9:00 am (GMT +800)
 

The reason for is mainly due to the fact that Helm Control Panel is already obsolete since Parallels (formerly known as SwSoft) acquired it from Webhost Automation back in 2007. Even since then, there was no further upgrade or a newer version of Helm 4. Paralles also slowly reducing the support to any of problems related to Helm and eventually stopped giving out free support. Due to no further updates from the provider, the Helm Control Panel became exposed for exploits.

For all our existing customers that are still using Helm, we will provide you a new account under Plesk Web Control Panel. Account details will be emailed to your registered email by 10th June 2014. For those who didn’t receive any details by this date, please revert back to us by submitting ticket at https://247livesupport.biz.

Please be informed that you will need to move your web contents and emails by yourself as we are unable to provide support for the migration. You can transfer your webfiles via FTP using software like Filezilla.
 
Once you have completed the migration, kindly change your domain’s nameservers to the following:
ns250.ip-asia.com
ns251.ip-asia.com

At last, after sending out multiple notifications for the past 2 months in regards to this “Helm to Plesk Migration”, we are finally about to close down all Helm Servers on 10th August 2014 at 11.59PM (+GMT8).

We have given considerably enough time for each of our customers hosted under this platform to migrate out their account to our new platform. Yet few have failed to take this opportunity to perform any migration within the given time frame.
 
However, you still have a few more days left before reaching the deadline. Please take this final opportunity to migrate your account over. After this deadline, we will no longer re-active the old server or provide any assistance on this.
 
Customers that have successfully completed their migration may ignore this notification.
