Business Class Email (Dynamail) account can be configured as per the guide below but please be sure to use the following server details.
Mail Server Information (Non-SSL) Incoming mail server: mail.dynamail.asia / mail2.dynamail.asia / mail3.dynamail.asia / mail4.dynamail.asia / mail5.dynamail.asia / mail6.dynamail.asia Port : 110 (POP3) / 143 (IMAP) Outgoing mail server SMTP: mail.dynamail.asia / mail2.dynamail.asia / mail3.dynamail.asia / mail4.dynamail.asia / mail5.dynamail.asia / mail6.dynamail.asia Port : 26 ** Refer to your Activation Email to identify the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server
Mail Server Information (SSL) Incoming mail server: mail.dynamail.asia / mail2.dynamail.asia / mail3.dynamail.asia / mail4.dynamail.asia / mail5.dynamail.asia / mail6.dynamail.asia Port : 995 (POP3) / 993 (IMAP) Outgoing mail server SMTP: mail.dynamail.asia / mail2.dynamail.asia / mail3.dynamail.asia / mail4.dynamail.asia / mail5.dynamail.asia / / mail6.dynamail.asia Port : 465 ** Refer to your Activation Email to identify the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server
Please be sure to check “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication“ on both settings.
