Managing your Automated VPS within the Billing Portal is simple and EASY!

From your main Billing Portal, click on your Products/Service subscription.

Alternatively,  you may also either click on +View All button or from the main menu Services > My Services

 

 

If you have opted click either on +View All or from main menu Services > My Services,  you will reached following page with all of your subscriptions.

Click on your respective Product you intend to manage.

 

 

You will be able to perform several tasks from here onward depending on VPS type.

For OpenVZ/Virtuozzo type VPS

 

 

You can perform some basic task from Billing Portal such as Boot (Start), Reboot, Shutdown, Graph (View VPS Usage), Rebuild (reinstall your VPS), change root password.

First thing you may need to do is CHANGE THE PASSWORD.

Do take note, aside alphanumeric characters ( alphabets and numbers), there are a few exception of supported symbol characters.

Unsupported symbols - ~ ? & ( ) / \ | = , . ; : ' " [ { } ] < >

Supported symbols - ! @ # $ % ^ * - + _

 

Status = Your VPS current status, Online, Suspended, Disabled, or Terminated

Hostname = Change your server's hostname if required by click on the Pencil icon

Main IP Address = Your VPS main ip address

IP Address = Additional ip address if your VPS have it

Root Password = To change root password by click on the Pencil icon

Bandwidth = Your VPS current bandwidth usage

Memory = Your VPS current memory usage

HDD = Your VPS diskspace current usage

 

Control Panel section:

Boot = Start Your VPS

Reboot = Restart your VPS

Shutdown = Turn Off your VPS

HTML 5 Serial Console = Remote console to your VPS, alternative access if SSH had failed (only for OpenVZ)

TUN/TAP = Enable TUN/TAP function if intend to setup OpenVPN service or other services which require tun device

 

Additional Tools section:

Rebuild = Reinstall your VPS to a fresh start. Once committed, your VPS will be reinstalled clean. Therefore, before proceed with rebuild, do make backup if still need your old files.

Graphs = You VPS current activities in graph

 

For KVM type VPS

 

 

You can perform some basic task from Billing Portal such as Boot (Start), Reboot, Shutdown, Graph (View VPS Usage), Rebuild (reinstall your VPS), change root/administrator password.

First thing you may need to do is CHANGE THE PASSWORD.

For KVM VPS, you will not have the option to enter your own password. Instead, the system will automatically generate it for you.

 

Status = Your VPS current status, Online, Suspended, Disabled, or Terminated

Hostname = Change your server's hostname if required by click on the Pencil icon

Main IP Address = Your VPS main ip address

IP Address = Additional ip address if your VPS have it

Root Password = To change root/administrator password by click on the Pencil icon

Bandwidth = Your VPS current bandwidth usage

Memory = Your VPS memory size

HDD = Your VPS diskspace size

 

Control Panel section:

noVNC Console = Remote console to your VPS via VNC, alternative access if SSH/RDP had failed (only for KVM)
