In order to send and receive email using Android Phone, you need to setup your account as described below:

1. Tap "Settings" App.

2. Tap "Cloud and accounts" as per Figure 2.1:

3. Tap "Accounts" as shown in Figure 3.1:

4. Tap "Add Account" as per Figure 4.1:

5. Choose "Email" as per Figure 5.1:

6. Key in your Email and Password, and click on Sign In > Choose IMAP Account as per Figure 6.1:

7. Key In all the Server Settings as per Figures 7.1,7.2, and 7.3. Once done Click On "Sign In":

 Under "Incoming mail server"

1. Set "Host name" to mail.yourdomain.com >> In my case Im user "mail.dynamail.asia" as email server.
   (or your server host name or server's IP address)
2. Set "username" to email@exampple.com
3. Set "password" to your email password
4. Incoming Server Port: 143

 Under "Outgoing mail server"

1. Set "Host name" to mail.yourdomain.com >> In my case Im user "mail.dynamail.asia" as email server.
   (or your server host name or server's IP address)
2. Set "User name" to email@example.com
3. Set password to your email password
4. Incoming Server Port: 587
