HOW TO: Setup Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security designed to ensure that you're the only person who can access your account, even if someone knows your password.

Setting up your 2FA

Step 1: Login
Go to the admin login page and enter your registered email and password.
Step 2: Update
Go to Your Info panel and click on the Update button.
Step 3: Phone Number

On the My Details form, add or update your mobile phone number.
Step 4: Enable 
Go to Security Settings and tap on Click here to Enable
Step 5: Get Started 
As the notification window pops up, tap on the Get Started button.
Step 6: Verify

A verification code will be sent to your mobile. Key in the 6-digit code and tap on Active.
Step 7: Backup 
After the Two-Factor Authentication is enabled, a Backup Code window will pop up. We recommend that you save this code with a password manager

Setting up your SMS Notification preference

You can manage your SMS Notification preference here. Simply select or unselect then tap on Save Changes
