Cancel My Service Are you unhappy with your current service? Facing issues that are not tackled up to par? We urge you to chat with our Customer Care department who will review your case and make things right.
If you simply want to cancel the service of your choice because you have upgraded your existing plan, please follow the steps below: Important notes:
1. Log in to your Shinjiru Client Portal Login to your Shinjiru Billing Portal .com(INT)

2. Select “Services”.

3. Select the Service you wish to cancel.

4. Select “Request Cancellation”.

5. Please submit the reason behind your cancellation request.
