Cancel My Service

Are you unhappy with your current service? Facing issues that are not tackled up to par? We urge you to chat with our Customer Care department who will review your case and make things right.

If you simply want to cancel the service of your choice because you have upgraded your existing plan, please follow the steps below:

Important notes:

  • Any cancellation request for domain need to be submitted through ticket. Else, you may leave the domain active until its due date.


1. Log in to your Shinjiru Client Portal

Login to your Shinjiru Billing Portal



2. Select “Services”.

  • Click on “My Services”.




3. Select the Service you wish to cancel.

  • Only “Active” service(s) can be cancelled.





4. Select “Request Cancellation”.




  •  Select “Request Cancellation”.




 5. Please submit the reason behind your cancellation request.

  • Your feedback is important & valued.
  • Choose the right cancellation type (Immediate/End of billing period)
  • Should you wish to request a refund review, please add it to the notes section.




6. Cancellation confirmation

  • Your cancellation request will be processed within 3 working days on a dedicated ticket. Do keep an eye on your junk/spam folder should it not land in your inbox.
