Posted by Aidil A. on 31 October 2020 06:01 PM

Alternative access to KVM VPS is via VNC console, other than primary access via RDP or SSH client. VNC console can be accessed via billing client area.

From your main Billing Portal, click on Services tab and select My Services

Scroll down of the page, find your respective VPS  you need to manage.

From here onward, you may perform some basic task from Billing Portal such as Boot (Start), Reboot, Shutdown, Graph (View VPS Usage), Control Panel (To access client portal).

Click on noVNC Console to launch VNC via browser. If you have enabled or installed pop-up blocker, you will need to allow the pop-up from the said link.

You will be able login based on your VPS OS type whether Linux or Windows. Do take note function such as Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) do not work in VNC. You will need to enter the username and its password ACCURATELY.

Common Errors

If you encounter some error such as these

Most likely your VPS not up running yet. Probably the VPS in state of creating (if you perform re-installation/rebuild) or being rebooted (if you perform reset root/administrator password or perform reboot).

You just need to wait until your VPS is up running. While waiting, you can either ping your VPS ip address in order to check whether your VPS already up running or not or keep refresh the noVNC console by pressing F5 keyboard button.
