HOW TO: Update Admin/Billing/Technical Contact [.MY Domain]

1. Login as Administrative Contact to Mynic Selfcare System (

2. Search domain name >> click on Manage button.

3. Click on Edit button to update details of Admin/Billing/Technical Contact.



1. Understanding for contact types below:

- Admin Contact is person who manage domain details

- Billing Contact is person who receives renewal reminder email from Mynic

- Registrar is Mynic's Accredited Registrar (such as Shinjiru Technology Sdn Bhd)


2. New contact will receive approval link from Mynic within 24 hours to accept invitation to be new Admin/Billing/Technical Contact of the domain name.
