HOW TO: Transfer Office365 Tenant to Shinjiru

In order to transfer your Office365 Tenant to SHINJIRU. You are required to authorize SHINJIRU to work with your organization by following below requirements and steps: 

Important Note: - If your currently Office365 Subscription under these providers you need to contact our Sales Team direct to assist you on the transfer process. You can email sales@shinjiru.com.my or support@247livesupport.biz

  1. Rhipe Malaysia or any of Rhipe Partners.
  2. GoDaddy.

 Requirements:

  1. You will need “Admin Account Logins “for your existing Office365 subscription or tenant.
  2. Email below information to support@247livesupport.biz
  1. Email Address
  2. Company Name
  3. Domain name
  4. Contact Name

 

Transfer Steps:  

  1. Click on the below URL in order to transfer or delegate SHINJIRU to be your new Licensing and support vendor.

  1. To do this:

Click Link > Login with Your Admin Account for Office365 > Tick the both agreement box and proceed.

 

By doing this step, Shinjiru will proceed to provision your account and may need you to click another link. So please once you are done please let us know by drooping us an email support@247livesupport.biz . Together with information requested above such us Contact Name, Email Address, Company Name, Domain Name.
