HOW TO: Whitelist and Blacklist Email Address [Spam Filter] in Plesk

This section allows you to customize the whitelist and blacklist. To add an email address to the whitelist/blacklist, perform the following steps:

 

1) Login to the Plesk panel and click on the Mail button.


 

2) Select the Email Address that you wish to change the spam filtering sensitivity on

 

 

3) Click the Spam Filtering tab

 

4) Please make sure you tick the function in order to enable the Spam Filter

 

5) Scroll down and click on the Show Advanced Settings link to whitelist or blacklist the sender email address

 

 

6) Click the Apply button to save the details
