Guide for resetting VPN login password
Please be informed, this guide ONLY applicable for below product:
From your main Billing Portal, click on your Products/Service subscription.
Alternatively, you may also either click on +View All button or from the main menu Services > My Services
On the VPN service page, under "Actions" drop-down click "Change Password"
Enter your own password BUT make sure it fulfill the password requirement,
OR you can click "Generate Password" to generate random password, then click "Copy to clipboard and Insert"
**Paste the password somewhere safe for your own keep,
Once the new password inserted, click "Save Changes"
Please wait for few second until the page fully loaded, once a green banner "Password Changed Successfully!" appear, your new VPN password successfully changed with new one,
Make sure to test the new login password on your VPN account, and keep the VPN login info safe,
