Posted by Asilah A. on 10 June 2022 03:21 PM

One of the most common tasks in a spam prevention program is whitelisting and blacklisting email addresses or domains. If you are subscribing Spam Experts (Mailsentinel) with us, you can use Spam Experts's Allow List to list email addresses from which incoming mail (which would usually be identified as spam) will always be allowed and Block list to blacklist email (normally spam email).

Step 1: Login cPanel and click Professional Spam Filter to access SpamExperts

Step 2: From Incoming - Protection Settings , you can whitelist and blacklist email account and domain.

Server Allow List - To whitelist domain sender or sender email address.

Sender Block List  - To blacklist domain sender or sender email address.

TO WHITELIST SENDER, click on the Sender Allow List --> Add Allow List Sender

Add Allow List Sender refer to requirement needed :-

1) In Local-part is how SpamExperts refers to the username, or the part before the @ sign.

2) Sender Flag refers to the portion in the headers of the e-mail that will be used to identify the sender for this rule to take effect.

3) The address is the portion after the @ sign or the domain name.  For our example, we’ll use the following configuration:

Once done, you can click on Save button.

TO BLOCKLIST SENDER, the steps is the same method as whitelist sender. You can follow the same methods as above.
