Following are the steps to request for New Smartermail Installation from their Support upon receiving the license information.
- You will be receiving an email from email@example.com with the subject of “Smarter Mail license information” to your Registered Email ID (The one used to sign up this service). This email contains the license detail such as login details to Smarter Tools website, product information and license key.
- From the home page, hover to profile icon and click on My Tickets
- On this page, please kindly submit a new ticket to request for new installation from Smartermail Support. Do include server login information by submitting the “Remote Service Access Agreements (RSAA)
- Steps to submit RSAA in order for them to access your server and proceed with smarter mail setup
