Client Area : How To Manage DNS records In HawkDNS

For domains that are subscribed DNS Management (pointed to our Nameserver), you are able to add, edit, or delete your DNS entries in Zone Editor.

 

1) Log in to your Shinjiru Client Area (https://billing.shinjiru.com.my/clientarea.php)

2) Click the Domains

 3) Click on Active status of domain

4) Click on Manage DNS

5) Add/Edit/Delete your DNS records

 

 

Example of Add/Edit/Remove DNS records :-

1. Adding A record:

Type = Set Type to A

Name = enter target domain name or hostname

TTL = set to 1800 - this should be match with other record's TTL

Address = IP address of the domain name or hostname or server's IP address, IP address where the domain or hostname being hosted

2. Adding TXT record:

SPF

DKIM

==========
3. Adding CNAME record:
==========

Edit Record
==========

==========
Remove Record
==========

PLEASE NOTE:-

DNSSEC configuration are not allowed in DNS management setting. Please contact our support team to get further assistance.

Common Mistake
==========

Entering Name without a dot or full stop or a period mark ( . )

 

will result incorrect format in DNS record

 

Entering same Name whereas the name is already exist
