HOW TO: Request for an Account Upgrade/Downgrade in Client Area

  1. Go here and log in your details.
  2. In the right top corner, find the ‘Services’ section.
  3. Click on “My Product & Services”.
  4. Next, click on your active plan.
  5. On the left, you will see a box for you to upgrade or downgrade your plan. 
  6. For Microsoft 365, Dynamail and other email plans, you need to reach us at payment@shinjiru.com.my to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
