How to share one user calendar with all users.
1.This is a user AimanR calendar that we will share with all users.
 2. Click on the calendar.
 3. The calendar settings will pop up. Click on the sharing Tab.
 4. In the sharing tab, can select user groups. In user groups class, please select everyone for the calendar to display to every user in the domain.
Note:
Read-Only: User only able to view the calendar but not able to edit the calendar
Full: Other user will have full privilege to edit the calendar
 5. After all settings are done, other users will be able to view AimanR calendar. Below is an example.
