International cPanel and Plesk License Price Update 2022

We would like to inform you that Plesk and cPanel have announced a new pricing adjustment for their licenses effective 1st January 2022. Therefore, we are left with no other option but to implement the changes starting from the said date.

Kindly find the new pricing structure below for your perusal.

Since the new pricing structure will go into effect on 1st January 2022, all invoices will be automatically updated according to the type of license. We urge you to take note of this update as the new pricing will be included in your invoice starting from 1st January 2022 onwards.

Dear Valued Customer,
 
Please be informed, we have limited the 'maximum backups allowed per user' including all installation backups to two copies only per cPanel Account.
 
This auto backup is set to auto delete and retain only two copies at a time. From your softaculous page, you may choose the frequency of backup and rotation limit. 
 
 
 
 If you intend to keep the older copies of softaculous backup, we would advise you to download the backup copy to your local PC:
- Login to cPanel
- Click on Softaculous
- Click 'Backup and Restore'
- Select your installation and download the backup file.
 
At any time, you have the option to restore the website from a later date using our Jetbackup Software which can be found in your cPanel Account.

Reminder: Update to Microsoft 365 and Outlook for Windows connectivity

To: All users of Office365/Microsoft365.

Affected: Users with machines running Outlook 2007 & 2010. Please refer to below table for the other no longer supported Apps. 

Final Reminder: As previously announced (MC229143 - December '20, MC274503 - July and MC288472 - September), to ensure that we meet performance expectations, we are updating the supported versions of Outlook for Windows that can connect to Microsoft 365 services.

Note: Effective November 1, 2021, the following versions of Outlook for Windows (starting with Outlook 2007, in a phased rollout), will not be able to connect with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 services.

    As work Around user that have issue with outlook 2007 & 2010 , they able to login to Outlook Webmail Version to manage the emails by login to https://outlook.office365.com/
