cPanel License Price Update 2022

Therefore, we are left with no other choice but to implement the changes starting from the said date. More information regarding the new pricing is available here on our blog.

Please find the new pricing structure below for your perusal.

Reminder: Update to Microsoft 365 and Outlook for Windows connectivity

To: All users of Office365/Microsoft365.

Affected: Users with machines running Outlook 2007 & 2010. Please refer to below table for the other no longer supported Apps. 

Final Reminder: As previously announced (MC229143 - December '20, MC274503 - July and MC288472 - September), to ensure that we meet performance expectations, we are updating the supported versions of Outlook for Windows that can connect to Microsoft 365 services.

Note: Effective November 1, 2021, the following versions of Outlook for Windows (starting with Outlook 2007, in a phased rollout), will not be able to connect with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 services.

    As work Around user that have issue with outlook 2007 & 2010 , they able to login to Outlook Webmail Version to manage the emails by login to https://outlook.office365.com/

Windows 7 end of support and Microsoft 365 Apps

Affected: Users with machine running Windows 7.

Recommendation: Upgrade to Windows10 or Windows11.



Please be informed that Microsoft 365 Apps is no longer supported on Windows 7. You can read more in regards to this matter from below URL:

Shinjiru Shared Hosting Backup Policy

We will start enforcing our backup policy on Shared Hosting Account. Any shared account using more than 10 gigs of disk space will be removed from our backup policy. To ensure continuous backup generation, User must ensure that his disk space consumption does not exceed 10 gigs. Your account will automatically backup into the next backup cycle once it reach below 10gigs threshold.
 
If you unable to reduce the storage to below 10GB, we will advise you to perform self backup and download it to your PC.
