Domain ON-HOLD Status
Posted by Mark O. on 17 April 2020 12:19 PM

Dear Domain Owner,

For any domains under your account that have been placed “OnHold”*, we assure you that we have been coordinating your case and working on getting the matter resolved the soonest possible. In the meantime, should you be in a rush to hop back in business, we urge you to contact us on [email protected]; direct your ticket to our abuse team, mentioning your domain name and supporting it with your company license + business activity to obtain a promo code on a new domain that you may use on your existing hosting plan, with a waived charge for our usual “Primary Domain Replacement” fee on your existing hosting plan with us.

Kindly be mindful that Registrar’s and Registry’s have been ultra efficient in auditing respective domain names under their system. Should your domain have been engaging in abuse, listed on spamhaus or similar, the domain might have been flagged for immediate suspension. If your domain falls under this category and you are unable to provide us with a valid company license and business activity to prove the legitimacy of your business, we regret to inform you that you will not be eligible for the offer stated above.

Please note that if your domain is a Strongbolt domain, it may still be affected by direct registrar/registry suspension without prior notification. Do bear in mind that Strongbolt is designed to first and foremost protect your identity. Whilst we, Shinjiru, try to maintain our assurance in not taking immediate action in suspending Strongbolt domains without prior notification, registrar/registry still have the right to practice their operating procedures in immediate suspension should they deem the domain high alert.

We urge you to review our AuP and T&C prior to contacting us. Domain names are non refundable once registered. Any SSL associated with your suspended domain will not be entitled for transfer to another new domain.

As always, we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Revision of Payment Method Fees
Posted by Mark O. on 09 April 2020 10:01 AM

Dear Customers,

Shinjiru is taking the lead to shift towards a cashless society by encouraging automated payment technology. Being a prominent brand in the IT industry, we must be a fast-moving entity constantly adapting to technology at a fearless speed.

You certainly have seen how fast the e-wallet is being utilized everywhere in the country and it certainly is nothing new for us to inspire our customers to do the same with the Payment Processing Fee. Only manual transactions are charged RM5.00 so that customers will opt for automated online payments instead. No fees will be charged for e-payments. This move is for the betterment of consumers, modernisation of the industry and ultimately, for Malaysia.

Let’s take China for example. The first recognisable coins were produced in China more than 3,000 years ago. If you visit China today, however, there’s a strong chance you’ll see people paying for things using facial recognition on their phones. Please bear in mind that we have no intentions to make extra money by imposing the extra RM5.00. Shinjiru is simply inspiring the shift towards a total cashless transaction and realise the full potential of a cashless society through our customers.

We hope our explanation has given you a better understanding regarding the issue. Let's us all more forward and work towards Digital Transformation Policy.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Mark O.
