Covid 19 Pandemic

Dear Customers,

Pursuant to the movement control order announced by the Prime Minister, our country is under Movement Control Order (MCO) until 14th April 2020. MCO means all movement are restricted. Hence, issues like server reboots can only be done at specific time as no technical team is allowed in the data centre. All of our staff are working remotely from home. During MCO, please be informed that our Phone Support has also been disabled. You will still be able to contact Shinjiru 24/7 via our online channels as usual for any enquiries or updates.

We hope you understand our predicament and bear with us while Shinjiru continues to operate with limited resources which may result in slight delay of our normal response time. Rest assured that we are taking preventive steps to keep everything safe and keeping up with our commitment to provide exceptional service for our customers. As our hearts go out to those affected by the global pandemic, we urge that you join us to help minimize the spread of Covid-19 by being patient during these trying times and to comply with the restrictions imposed by the Government.
