Network Issue - RESOLVED

UPDATE #3
 
We would like to announce that the issue has been resolved. It was due to a broken fiber optic cable at the TIME Exchange that affected the connection to our server racks. The upstream provider has replaced the broken cable.
 
The network now has back to normal from our monitoring. If you are still facing any difficulties, kindly do not hesitate to contact us.
