ATTENTION: We Will Permanently Shut Down Server NS: ns1.superstorefore.com & ns2.superstorefore.com
 
Dear Customers,
 
Please be informed we will be shutting down the following Nameserver (NS) permanently on Thursday, 10th December 2020, beginning at 3.00pm (GMT+8) due to SPAMHAUS complain :
 
ns1.superstorefore.com
ns2.superstorefore.com
 
There will be no replacement Nameserver and you are advised to register for an external DNS service like cloudflare or freedns.

Do take note that while many of you opting to use your own private NS, there will be DNS failure and you are required to update your own DNS record within your NS control panel to New IP specified below. If you are using our server NS, these changes would be performed automatically.

Please be informed that we will be performing Major Server Maintenance in which your account currently being hosted on this coming Saturday 5th December 2020, beginning at 6.00pm (GMT+8). We apologize for the short notice; however, we identified the storage hardware in our cluster setup beginning to deter that leading up to sluggish server performance and possible data loss may follow if no immediate action taken. With multiple servers connected to this cluster, we must apply these mission critical migration of all the accounts to newly configured and patched hardware at our earliest opportunity. Besides, currently you're hosted in obsolete Operating System, Web, MySQL and PHP Version that subject to vulnerability.. There will also be changes in Server Hostname and IP Address.

NEW IP: 101.99.69.52
 
This maintenance will cause intermittent interruption of services in between. Rest assured that we will take every possible steps to speed up the whole process. The expected maintenance window is around 12 hours; though, each account should only see around 30 minutes of intermittent downtime while it is being migrated. Regardless, we recommend customers to avoid amending or upgrading anything in your account during this time to avoid potential data loss issues.

Hardware Upgrading in Holland Node -05th December 2020 -- COMPLETED

Please be informed that our Server Maintenance Team will be conducting a scheduled migration works on Hardware Node IP: 46.249.38.169 & 46.17.96.63

The migration will commence as stated below:

Maintenance Date/Day: 5th December 2020(Saturday)
Maintenance Time: 10:00AM GMT +8
Maintenance Window: 12 hours
Estimated Downtime: 1 hour (for additional time, an update will be posted on 247livesupport.biz)

Data Centre Visits

Abiding by the imposed Conditional Movement Control Order, Data Centre visits will be precautionary halted effective immediately.

Non essential team members & Client visits pre-set will be rescheduled until further notice.

In line of any emergency case, Clients who are in urgent need of visiting the Data Centre are responsible in presenting a Covid-19 test that is not more than 1 month old, after which, your Account Manager may guide you with the details of the safety measures that must be followed upon visit confirmation.
