We are pleased to report that the issue has been rectified and the servers are all back up and running at their full capacity.

If you are still facing any technical difficulties, please submit a ticket through your Shinjiru portal.

Please be mindful that certain users on our MYI and MYS network have been affected with a slight downtime that our Specialist Engineers are working on resolving in a prompt manner.

We expect the downtime to end and the server affected to be back online running at its ultimate capacity within the next 2 hours.

An update will be posted on this thread within 2 hours.

We appreciate your patience & support.
