ATTENTION: All affected Dedicated Server and Colocation Server Administrators/Owners

Dear Valued Customers,

Network Maintenance Team will be conducting a Planned Switch Firmware Upgrade Maintenance on the time and date stated below.

The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade the switch firmware where your server is connected currently. The upgrade is inevitable to fix a bug issue which we encounter. The bug is related to a vulnerability and delay on this upgrade will result in possible server compromise.

This maintenance will not affect all of our customers. Only those customers which receive maintenance downtime details via email will be affected by this maintenance.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 14th – 15th August 2021
Maintenance Time: 11:30PM – 1:30AM (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime: 12:30AM (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime Period: 30 minutes
Maintenance Window: 2 hours

Your server will be disconnected during the maintenance period as it will involve works on our network infrastructure. Your server will not be shut down during maintenance.

Please avoid amending or accessing your server during this Maintenance time due to data inconsistency reasons.

We strongly advise all customers to stop any activity as connectivity interruption during maintenance will result in data loss or corruption.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the Planned Switch Firmware Upgrade Maintenance.

Planned MYS-Network Switch Upgrade Maintenance - 14th August 2021

Our Network Maintenance team will conduct a hardware upgrade to MYS-Network Switch on the time and date stated below.

The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade the MYS-Switch hardware which links to the hardware node where your VPS resides to the higher-end switch.
The switch will be upgraded to a higher specification and throughput. Hence, will improve all servers’ connectivity.

The maintenance details are as follows:
