We are pleased to report that the issue has been rectified and MyIX route has been restored at full capacity.
If you are still facing any technical difficulties, please submit a ticket through your Shinjiru portal.

Please be informed that MyIX is currently having some issues which are affecting all MyIX peering. We are rerouting the network via a different route to ensure no customers are affected. There will be a slight increase of latency and slowness. Our Engineer is working on solving the issue as soon as possible.
An update will be posted on this thread within 2 hours.
