Planned Power Maintenance Phase 2 - 10th-11th July 2021

ATTENTION: All affected Dedicated Server and Colocation Server Administrators/Owners

Dear Valued Customers,

Referring to the previous Power Maintenance, please be informed that our Data Centre Maintenance Team will be conducting a Planned Power Maintenance in our Data Centre.

As reported previously, AIMS Data Centre informed that there are faulty internal components for IP-Bus-3 which successfully been replaced.

The purpose of this maintenance is to migrate customer server power source from source A to source B for only to those customers who are affected by the previous maintenance. For phase 2, it will involve multiple time frame to avoid major issue.

This maintenance will not affect all of our customers. Those customers which receive maintenance downtime details will be affected by this maintenance.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 10th-11th July 2021
Maintenance Time: 9:00PM – 2:00AM (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime: 10:00PM (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime Period: 30 minutes
Maintenance Window: 5 hours

Your server will be shut down during the maintenance period as it will involve works on our rack power.

Please shut down your server an hour before maintenance to avoid any force shut down by us which lead to possible server hardware faulty or operating system failure.

We strongly advice our customer to perform the necessary data backup in case of your server need to be re install due to operating system failure.
