Good day and we are glad to inform you that, finally account migration to new hardware have been completed.


It is possible for some websites not to work due to incompatible MySQL Password / PHP Version. Original password used an old and insecure format that is incompatible with MySQL version (5.7.32) which in return will not be able to establish connection to database. If you experience "Database Connection Error", please manually change the password for database user both in cPanel and your webfiles to ensure that applications that use the credentials will continue to function.

ATTENTION: Hosting Server Corrective Maintenance -

Please be informed that we will be performing Major Server Maintenance in which your account is currently being hosted on this coming Wednesday 13th January 2021, beginning at 6.00PM (GMT+8). We apologize for the short notice; however, we identified the storage hardware in our cluster setup beginning to deter that leading up to sluggish server performance and possible data loss may follow if no immediate action taken. With multiple servers connected to this cluster, we must apply these mission critical migrations of all the accounts to newly configured and patched hardware at our earliest opportunity. Besides, currently you're hosted in an obsolete Operating System, Web, MySQL and PHP Version that is subject to vulnerability. There will also be changes in Server Hostname and IP Address.

This maintenance will cause intermittent interruption of services in between. Rest assured that we will take every possible step to speed up the whole process. The expected maintenance window is around 12 hours; though, each account should only see around 30 minutes of intermittent downtime while it is being migrated. Regardless, we recommend customers to avoid amending or upgrading anything in your account during this time to avoid potential data loss issues.
Apart from that, we also noticed that many of you are not using our Default Nameserver ( & Do take note that while many of you opting to use your own private NS, there will be DNS inconsistencies after migration and you are required to update your own DNS record within your NS control panel to New IP specified above. If you are using our server NS, these changes would be performed automatically and there won’t be any hassle for you.
