It is possible for some websites not to work due to incompatible MySQL Password / PHP Version. Original password used an old and insecure format that is incompatible with MySQL version (5.7.32) which in return will not be able to establish connection to database. If you experience "Database Connection Error", please manually change the password for database user both in cPanel and your webfiles to ensure that applications that use the credentials will continue to function.

We wanted to inform you that we will be performing Emergency Server Maintenance in which your account is currently being hosted starting 6th Oct 2021 at 11am (GMT+8). We apologize for the very short notice; however, in order to ensure reliable performance, we must apply these critical migrations to another hardware at our earliest opportunity. We notice this server keeps freezing from time to time and requires a physical reboot in order to get it back online. From the investigation, we suspect issues with the motherboard / disk. This leads to inconsistent performance and we are afraid it will become faulty soon. There will be no changes in terms of Server Hostname and IP Address as we will copy them over.

This maintenance will cause intermittent interruption of services in between and we will migrate the accounts in batches. Rest assured that we will take every possible step to speed up the whole process. The expected maintenance window is 24 hours; though, each account should only see around 1-2 hours of intermittent downtime while it is being migrated. Regardless, we recommend that customers avoid amending or upgrading anything in your account during this time as data inconsistency is expected (backdated data by a couple of hours)
