Planned Data Centre Power Maintenance - 21st May 2022 -- COMPLETED

Please be informed that the power maintenance had been completed. There are a few servers that required login details for further troubleshooting, of which the respective customers have been informed. 
 
Kindly check from your end and may revert to us anytime, if there is any issue related to this power maintenance.

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that our Data Centre Maintenance Team will be conducting a Planned Power Maintenance which will affect our Data Centre.

The maintenance is to perform old grounding replacement which will be obsolete soon. This replacement is crucial to avoid interruption & power outages in the future. Only customers who received notification via E-Mail will be affected by this maintenance.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 21st May 2022
Maintenance Time: 07:30 – 14:30 (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime: 08:00 – 14:00 (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime Period: 6 hours
Maintenance Window: 7 hours

Please be informed that your server will be shut down during the maintenance period as it involves work on our main power source. Customers are strongly advised to shut down their server in advance to avoid any forced shut down from our end.

Please avoid amending or accessing your server during the maintenance period to avoid data inconsistency. We strongly advise all customers to stop any activity as connectivity interruption during maintenance will result in data loss or corruption.

We strongly recommend customers to perform full data backup. In case if your server data is corrupted, you may restore it using the backup.
 
We also strongly advise customers to perform kernel updates or windows updates to avoid any system issue upon the server boot up after the maintenance is completed.

Should you require support assistance or feedback about the maintenance, kindly reply to this email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
