ISP Subsea Cable Cut --- UPDATE 4th October 2022

Please be informed that the subsea cable cut restoration has been extended to mid of October 2022 by our ISP.
 
We will update from time to time if there is new update from our ISP.

As per the update from our ISP, please be informed that the restoration work has been postponed due to bad weather conditions.
 
There are no new ETR provided as our ISP still working on the new date for the restoration work.

Please be informed that we applied route engineering to avoid high latency and packet loss issue from certain locations. This action are temporary and will revert back to normal once the subsea cable issue completely rectify.
 
As for now, the estimated date to be restore will still be on 23rd September 2022. We will follow up closely with our provider and will provide update from time to time.

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that one of our ISP facing a subsea cable cut which affecting the traffic to Europe. Repairing work is currently on-going which will be estimated to be complete on 23rd September 2022.

Kindly note that this issue will not impact customer(s) server connection as we will be using the backup link to ensure continuous connection. Some customers may face slowness and high latency due to this issue.
