Dear Valued Customers, Network Maintenance Team will be conducting a Planned Switch Firmware Upgrade Maintenance on the time and date stated below. The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade the switch firmware to the latest version which will provide a new security patch. This maintenance will not affect all of our customers. Only those customers which receive maintenance downtime details via email will be affected by this maintenance. The maintenance details are as follows: ========= Maintenance Date: 13th May 2023 Maintenance Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (GMT +8) Maintenance Downtime Period: 20 minutes Maintenance Window: 5 hours ========= Your server will be disconnected during the maintenance period as it will involve work on our network infrastructure. Your server will not be shut down during the maintenance. Please avoid amending or accessing your server during this maintenance time due to data inconsistency reasons.
