Important Announcement: Termination of Cloud Services

Dear Valued Customers,
This message serves as a final reminder for customers currently residing on Shinjiru Cloud. Please be aware that there are only 3 working days remaining before the lights go out on Shinjiru Cloud starting 28-06-2023. As previously announced, Shinjiru Cloud will be terminated on June 30th, 2023. There will be no extensions provided, and all data within the infrastructure will be permanently deleted. To ensure compliance with our security policy and maintain the confidentiality of all Shinjiru clients, all data in Shinjiru Cloud will be purged after June 30th, 2023. We kindly remind customers that they are responsible for their own data and the migration of their services to alternative platforms or other Shinjiru services. For customers who are still running late on migration, we urge you to expedite the transition or start to backup your content. In the case of customers who have already completed the migration, we appreciate your cooperation. Please note that customers who do not respond in a timely manner will be considered as not migrating their infrastructure to a different platform and will be categorized as ending their services once the cloud system goes offline. We appreciate your attention to this matter and thank you for being a valued customer. If you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
