Planned Data Centre Power Maintenance - 16th September 2023

ATTENTION: All Dedicated Server Administrators/Owners in MYS Data Center
Dear Valued Customers, Please be informed that our Data Centre Maintenance Team will be conducting a Planned Data Centre Power Maintenance. As per our observation, there is an abnormality in the power reading where your server is located. The maintenance is to rectify the abnormality before it can cause power interruption. Therefore, the customers who received the email notification from us will be affected by this maintenance. The maintenance details are as follows: ========= Maintenance Date: 16th September 2023 Maintenance Time: 21:00 – 03:00 (GMT +8) Maintenance Downtime: 22:00 (GMT +8) Maintenance Downtime Period: 1 hour Maintenance Window: 6 hours ========= The affected servers will be shut down during the maintenance period because it will involve work on our main power source. Customers are strongly advised to shut down the server in advance to avoid any forced shutdown from our end. Please avoid amending or accessing your server during this maintenance time due to power inconsistency reasons. We strongly advise all customers to perform a full data backup in case there is an unwanted incident happen. Should you require support assistance or feedback about the maintenance, do reply to this email and we will get back to you soonest.
