Dear Valued Customer,
 
Please be informed our Dedicated Server Team will be conducting an IP Relocation in our MYI Datacentre Network for all the Dedicated Server located in the Data Centre.
 
The maintenance details are as follows:
 
Maintenance Date/Day: 25th March 2017  
Maintenance Time: 08:00 - 18:00 (UTC +8)
Downtime Duration: 4 - 5 hours
 
The purpose of this maintenance is to migrate all our existing customers whom are using MYI network to the newly upgraded network. This new network will be equipped with additional security and latest feature align with the technology growth.
 
Please be informed, you will face difficulties to access to all the services related to your server during the maintenance window as the relocation will take place. None of your changes or update on the respective server will never be reflected during maintenance window and we urge you to stop operating to avoid any data inconsistency. Also it is advisable to perform complete backup for your account/server prior to the maintenance to avoid any unintended circumstances.
