Network Connection Issue in MYC - 15th September 2017 - RESOLVED

ATTENTION:  All servers and hosting owners in MYC Network

 

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that currently there is a network connection issue at datacenter end due to our stream provider.

Our Data Center engineer in the middle of fixing the issue now. We will update once the network back to normal .

Kindly be patient while we are working on it and we will keep you all update the latest news at here.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please be informed our Data Center Engineer will be conducting an Urgent Server Maintenance on the server hardware.
 
The maintenance details as below:

Maintenance Date/Day: 28 August 2017 (Monday) - Today
Maintenance Time: 4:00pm - 6.00pm (GMT +8)
ETA: 2 Hours
Purpose: To replace faulty hard disk and configure RAID
 
At the appointed date and time, our DC engineer will be  performing service affecting maintenance at our hardware where your hosting account located.
 
During this maintenance, there will be no access to your hosting account including emails, websites, etc.

ATTENTION: All Customers/Administrators/Users in MYC Datacenter Network.

 

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that one of our Upstream Network Provider will conducting a Scheduled Network Maintenance which will impact our local route in MYC (Cyberjaya) Datacenter Network.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date/Day:  15th – 16th September 2017 (Friday & Saturday)
Maintenance Time:  11:00 pm - 12:00am (GMT +800)
Downtime Duration: 30 minutes

The purpose of the maintenance is to perform network equipment upgrading.

Your network service might be facing downtime at any time during the maintenance period. However the downtime shall not be more than 30 minutes as informed as the above.

We will provide another update once this scheduled maintenance is completed.

Your patience and cooperation during the maintenance window is highly appreciated, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
