ATTENTION: All Customers/Administrators/Users in MYC Datacenter Network.

 

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that one of our Upstream Network Provider will conducting a Scheduled Network Maintenance which will impact our local route in MYC (Cyberjaya) Datacenter Network.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date/Day:  15th – 16th September 2017 (Friday & Saturday)
Maintenance Time:  11:00 pm - 12:00am (GMT +800)
Downtime Duration: 30 minutes

The purpose of the maintenance is to perform network equipment upgrading.

Your network service might be facing downtime at any time during the maintenance period. However the downtime shall not be more than 30 minutes as informed as the above.

We will provide another update once this scheduled maintenance is completed.

Your patience and cooperation during the maintenance window is highly appreciated, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
