ATTENTION: All Customers/Administrators/Users in MYC Datacenter Network.
 

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that one of our Upstream Network Provider will conducting a Scheduled Network Maintenance which will impact our local route in MYC (Cyberjaya) Datacenter Network.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date/Day:  26th – 27th January 2018
Maintenance Time:  11:59 pm - 3:00am (GMT +800)
Maintenance Duration: 3 hours

The purpose of the maintenance is to perform network equipment upgrading.You might experience intermittent interruption for 30 minutes to the Internet at any time during the maintenance period.

Please be advised not to perform any updates or changes on your server while maintenance work is in progress.

We will provide another update once this scheduled maintenance is completed.

Your patience and cooperation during the maintenance window is highly appreciated, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
