ATTENTION: All Dedicated servers, CloudHosting, VPS servers, VPN Server and Sharedhosting administrators/owners MYI, MYS, MYP & MYA Datacenter Networ
 
Dear Valued Customers,
 
Please be informed that our Server Maintenance Team will be conducting an Schedule Power Maintenance in our AIMS (Malaysia) Datacenter.
 
The maintenance details are as follows:
 
Maintenance Date: 21st January 2018
Maintenance Time: 12:01 am - 2:00 am (GMT +8)  
Estimated Downtime Duration: 2 hours
 
The purpose of the maintenance is to perform upgrading work in our power management system for one of segment in AIMS datacenter in order to stabilize and improve power management.
 
During this power maintenance all the affected Dedicated Servers, CloudHosting, VPS Servers, VPN Servers and Sharehosting Server will be power off and will not be accessible for approximiately 2 hours.
 
We would like to advice our customers to do all the necessary preparation and data backup.
 
We will give another update once this maintenance is completed.
 
Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Please be informed that due to unforeseen circumstance on the Schedule Power Maintenance work, we will be extending the maintenance time duration.
 
The NEW maintenance details are as per below:

Maintenance Date: 21st January 2018
Maintenance Time: 12:01 am - 6:00 am (GMT +8)  
Estimated Downtime Duration: 2 hours (access will be intermittent during the maintenance time but downtime would not exceed 2 hours)
 
During this power maintenance every service such as Dedicated Servers, CloudHosting, VPS Servers, VPN Servers and Sharehosting Server will be power off and will not be accessible intermittently for approximately 2 hours at any time during the maintenance period.
 
Please avoid amending anything or access your account during this Maintenance Time due to data inconsistency reasons.
 
We advise all customers to perform a full backup copy of all their data and systems prior to maintenance as a precaution in the event of any unplanned failure on the server hardware during power up.
 
If you required any support assistance or feedback on this maintenance, do reply to this email and we will get back to you soonest.
