ATTENTION: All customers/administrators/users in VPS Hardware Node IP 101.99.74.126

 

Dear Valued Customers,

Please kindly be informed that the VPS hardware node 101.99.74.126 is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Our System Administrator is currently running the hard disk scan in order to check the disk integrity.

Estimated time to recover: 2:00 AM GMT+8

We will give another update in the next 2 hours.

Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

UPDATE:

Currently our system administrators are trying to bring up the server after the scanning process has been completed.

We will also start provisioning a backup hardware node and start creating replacement VPS.

Estimated time: 12:00 PM GMT+8

UPDATE:

Due to extensive repairs required, our service delivery team already started provisioning a replacement server for every affected customers. They will be notifying on the new server IP address shortly.

Meanwhile the old VPS hardware node still undergoing surface scan. We will give you another update in the next 4 hours.
