Our system administrator found hardware failure and they are working on fixing it. 
 
Estimation Downtime: 24 hours
 
There will no backup available for the next 24 hour.

UPDATE:
 
Our System administrator found power supply faulty caused surges and fried the motherboard.

New replacement storage server will be deployed and this process requires at least 3 weeks to have a backup for the servers.

We strongly recommend users to keep the latest backup or copy of files to avoid any inconvenience in the meantime.
