Please be informed that MyIX will be conducting a Schedule Maintenance for AIMS & TM Node.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 19th July 2019 (Friday)
Maintenance Time: 3:40am – 4:00am (GMT +800)
Maintenance Downtime: 20 minutes

The purpose of the maintenance is to MYIX Switch and Ports Migration.There will be no local route (MyIX) during the maintenance.

MYC Network Issue - RESOLVED

Please be informed that our MYC network is having issue with its international routing. The reason was due to a fiber network cable that has been damaged from our ISP, TIME.

At the moment, we are running using the backup network. We shall keep you updated with the outcome.
