SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE on a Rack in MYC Datacenter - 26th October 2019

Dear valued customers,

Please be informed that our Server Maintenance Team will be conducting a scheduled maintenance on a rack in MYC Network Datacenter.

Maintenance details are as follows:
 
Maintenance Date/Day : 26th October 2019/ Saturday
Maintenance Time: 6 pm - 03:00 am (GMT +8)
Maintenance Duration: 9 hours

The purpose of the maintenance is to perform changes to hardware infrastructure. There will be intermittent downtime during this maintenance not exceeding 8 hours within the maintenance window.

Please be advised not to perform any updates or changes on your server while maintenance work is in progress.

Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

If you require any assistance at all, please do not hesitate to revert back to us.

Maintenance Date/Day : 28th September 2019
Maintenance Time: 10:00 pm - 11:59 pm(GMT +8)
Maintenance Duration: 2 hours

The purpose of the maintenance is to perform minor update to the latest release of SmarterMail v16. There will be intermittent downtime during this maintenance.
