MYC Network Issue - RESOLVED

ATTENTION: Customers that under MYC network
Dear Valued Customers,
Please be informed that our MYC network is having issue with its international routing. The reason was due to a fiber network cable that has been damaged from our ISP, TIME.
At the moment, we are running using the backup network. We shall keep you updated with the outcome.
If you require any assistance at all, please do not hesitate to revert back to us.
We are glad to inform you that our ISP has resolved the cable issue around 4:40PM GMT+8. So far after past 1 hour, the network has gone stable.
