ATTENTION: Urgent server maintenance 21-01-2021 - COMPLETED

Dear Valued Clients,

Please be informed that our Server Maintenance Team will be conducting an urgent maintenance on VPS NODE ID: 110042, due to some hardware issue detection.

The maintenance will commence as stated below:

Maintenance window: 2 hours
Date: 21st January 2021
Estimated Start Time: 11:00PM GMT+8
Estimated Downtime:  1hr (Should there be any additional delay, an update will be posted on 247livesupport.biz)

The purpose of the maintenance is to solve the appeared HW issue. We might need to reboot the node several times. Therefore there will be downtime for hosted VPS in the node. Please be advised not to perform any updates or changes on your server while maintenance work is in progress.

Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

If you require any assistance at all, please do not hesitate to revert back to us.

PLANNED NETWORK MAINTENANCE in MYA Datacenter - 12th February 2021

ATTENTION: All Colocation, Dedicated Server, VPS, Cloud and Share Hosting customers & Server Administrators/Owners

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that our Network Maintenance Team will be conducting 2 phases of Planned Network Maintenance in our MYA Datacentre.
 
The purpose of the maintenance is to upgrade our network infrastructure and improve our services for all customers by replacing current core router. Kindly note that the maintenance work will impact your server(s) connection.
 
The maintenance details are as follows:

Phase 1
Maintenance Date: 12th & 13th FEBRUARY 2021
Maintenance Time: 20:00 (12th February) – 02:00 (13th February) (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime: 30 minutes
Maintenance Window: 6 hours
=======================

*Details of the second phase of Network Maintenance will be released one month prior to the scheduled date.
 
Your server will be disconnected during the maintenance period as it will involve works on our network infrastructure. Your server will not be shut down during the maintenance.
 
Please avoid amending or accessing your server during this Maintenance Time due to data inconsistency reasons.

We strongly advise all customers to stop any activity as connectivity interruption during maintenance will result in data loss or corruption.
 
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the Planned Network Maintenance.

ATTENTION -- FIBER CUT

 

Dear Valued Customer,


Please be informed that we detect an alarm on one of our Fiber. Therefore all traffic switched to our backup link. Please note that you might experience service impact such as  slowness and slightly high latency during this outage. 


Our technical team is currently working closely with our vendor to isolate the issue. We will confirm the estimated time to resolve this issue once we found the root cause.
