Office Closure due to Covid-19

Pursuant to the movement control order announced by the Prime Minister on the evening of 16 March 2020, Shinjiru Technology Sdn Bhd (Shinjiru) will be closing down all our offices starting 18th until 31st March 2020. As the measure will be imposed from tomorrow until the end of the month to contain the Covid-19 outbreak, Shinjiru has taken steps to prioritize its valuable workforce by implementing an alternative work arrangement via working remotely.
We will also be postponing any activities including the upcoming HornetSecurity Reseller Training in collaboration with InternetNow, planned for Thursday, 26th March 2020.
Meanwhile, please be informed that our Phone Support will be suspended. You will still be able to contact Shinjiru’s Command Center (CC) via Telegram Messenger: ShinjiruHosting as usual for any enquiries or updates and also via 247livesupport.biz ticketing.
Please be informed that due to the movement control order, there will be a slight delay for any of server reboot request.
We hope you understand our predicament and bear with us while Shinjiru continues to operate with our best efforts and capacity.
